What's the minimum accepted age?

The minimum age to participate is 15 years old. Anyone under 18 must have parental consent.

I'm an expecting mother; can I take classes?

Yes. We offer modifications for prenatal clients, and one-on-one private sessions are encouraged. Always consult your physician before starting or continuing any exercise program.

How early should I arrive?

At least 10 minutes before class. Doors are locked once class starts to avoid disruptions.

Are grip socks required?

Yes. For hygiene and safety, grip socks are mandatory. Available for purchase at the studio.

We have a strict 5-minute grace window. After this, you will not be allowed late entry for safety reasons. Please arrive on time.

How do your memberships work?

Class packages have a 1-year expiration. You can use them for any group class.

What is your late-cancel/no-show policy?

Group: 12-hour notice. Late cancel $15. No-show $20. Private: 24-hour notice, or the session is deducted.

Do you offer classes in Spanish?

Yes. All instructors are bilingual. Classes and privates run in English and Spanish.
