Forma at Enzo Maverick — Our Reformer Class in Doral (Formerly Stretch)

As of September 7, Stretch on our schedule is now called Forma. The class you already know is the same 50-minute small-group Reformer session — new name, same studio, same max 8.

If you book group Pilates in Doral, you will now see two formats: Forma and Strength.

What is Forma?

Forma is our strength-plus-mobility Reformer class. You still work the springs, straps, and footbar. The emphasis is control, flexibility, and usable strength — leave more connected, not just tired.

Strength stays Strength: more spring tension and muscle sculpting when you want a heavier session.

Both are bilingual, 50 minutes, and capped at 8 clients at Enzo Maverick, 3399 NW 72nd Ave, Suite #222.

Why rename Stretch?

“Stretch” made some people think it was only a gentle recovery class. Forma is still accessible for beginners, and it still includes mobility — it is also real Reformer work. The new name matches how the class actually feels.

WellnessLiving (where you book) now uses Forma too, so the website and the calendar match.

Which class should you take?

  • New to Reformer or coming back from time off: start with Forma. Tell your instructor; small classes exist so we can modify.
  • Want more load: book Strength once Forma feels familiar.
  • Injury, PT, or 1-on-1 pacing: private Pilates is still the tighter fit.

Reformer vs mat is a separate question — we covered that in Reformer vs mat Pilates in Doral.

How to start this month

  1. Book the 2-week trial for $59 (new group clients) or open the live schedule
  2. Pick Forma or Strength — both count toward the trial
  3. Arrive 10–15 minutes early with grip socks
